285 from Denver! This stretch of The South Platte River holds
an awe-inspiring number of trophy rainbow trout as well as
good numbers of beautiful brown trout and an occasional
cutthroat trout or cut-bow.
Anglers can expect a 5-star experience when our
knowledgeable fly fishing guides reveal the hiding places, fly
fishing tricks, and techniques used to catch some of these
lunker trout!
The North Fork Ranch is perfect for entertaining business
guests or for a fly fishing vacation experience of a lifetime.
This destination is user-friendly for beginners but also offers
challenges that can test the nerves and skill of the most
seasoned fly fisherman.
Colorado fly fishing on the South Platte River is year round,
and the summer books up very quickly, so make your
reservations far in advance.
Also, for an additional fee, the ranch will provide a lunch that is
second to none. In the summer, lunch is served outside on the
banks of the beautiful South Platte River. During the winter or
in periods of bad weather, lunch is served inside the lodge
facilities.
